AI training companies in Dubai and the UAE · for company buyers

Top Corporate AI Training Companies in the UAE (2026-27): 9 Firms Compared

The short answerFor a UAE company training a whole team, the choice is mostly between four kinds of firm: in-company specialists who build sessions on your own work, KHDA-listed institutes in Dubai with corporate tracks, regional training firms with long public calendars, and executive education for senior leaders. Delphi AI Academy and Edoxi suit teams that want a KHDA certificate; Meirc, GLOMACS and Informa Connect suit function-specific public courses; MBZUAI suits leaders. Skillopedia, which publishes this guide, runs in-company cohorts across the emirates. Ask us for a scoped proposal if that is the format you need.

The shortlist

The 9 companies at a glance

The list is grouped by what kind of company each one is, because that decides more than any brochure: who designs the content, where it is delivered and what the certificate means. Inclusion is based on what each company states on its own website today, not on a ranking.

  2. Skillopedia: in-company cohorts built on your teams’ own work
  3. Edoxi Training Institute: KHDA-listed institute with role-based AI courses

Five kinds of company

Decide which kind of firm you need before you compare names

“AI training company” covers very different businesses in the UAE. A KHDA-listed institute, a regional seminar firm and an in-company specialist can all teach the same tool and still leave your team with very different results.

Private cohorts

In-company specialists

Private cohorts for one organisation, built around its own documents, tools and data rules. The most direct route to changed work, and the most dependent on good scoping.

Dubai

KHDA-listed institutes

Dubai training centres that state KHDA approval and issue KHDA certificates. Useful when a recognised certificate matters to staff or to HR policy.

Public and in-house

Regional training firms

Firms with long public calendars of four and five-day courses in hotel venues, also sold in-house. Good for function specialists and certificate tracks.

Leaders

Executive education

University-linked programmes for senior leaders on AI strategy, governance and investment. Valuable for sponsors, not for the wider workforce.

Per seat

Online platforms

Self-paced libraries licensed per seat. Good for reach across emirates and shifts; weakest at changing team habits without live practice.

1. Delphi AI Academy (Delphi Star Training Center)

Delphi Star Training Center delivers AI programmes under the Delphi AI Academy name and describes itself as a KHDA-approved professional training institute in Dubai. Its corporate page lists routes for organisations: AI essentials, AI for leaders and managers, function tracks for finance, HR, audit, sales, operations, procurement and supply chain, Microsoft Copilot, AI automation and agents, and responsible AI with internal champions. • On-site anywhere in the UAE as well as the Dubai classroom

2. Skillopedia

Disclosure: this guide is published on Skillopedia’s own site. Skillopedia LLP was founded in Mumbai in 2017 and runs private AI training cohorts for organisations. Its UAE pages describe in-person delivery across the emirates, with live online cohorts where travel would cost a working day, for regional head offices, DIFC firms, family groups and multi-emirate organisations. Each department practises on its own masked files under a written usage rule with annexes for the federal PDPL, the DIFC Data Protection Law or ADGM rules as relevant, and programmes follow the FLUENT framework with day-30 reviews. Skillopedia has trained teams at more than 335 organisations across 13 sectors, with an average participant rating of 4.8/5 from 300+ surveyed participants. Its site does not list a UAE office.

Who it suits: UAE companies that want several departments, or several emirates, trained on one programme built from their own work.

Strengths

  • Labs on your own files, so habits carry over
  • One usage rule with entity annexes for PDPL, DIFC and ADGM
  • Same programme in person and online across emirates

Watch-outs

  • Private cohorts only; no public courses or KHDA certificate
  • Needs scoping time and sample material before the first session
  • Not a Dubai-based institute; check travel dates early

UAE context

Data rules a UAE training brief should mention

A training programme is where staff learn what they may paste into an AI tool, so the brief should say which data regime applies to each entity.

  • Mainland and most free zones: the federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) sets rules on processing personal data.
  • DIFC entities: the DIFC has its own Data Protection Law, administered by the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
  • ADGM entities: Abu Dhabi Global Market has its own data protection regulations and Office of Data Protection.
  • Sector and government rules: banks, healthcare groups and government-linked companies usually add their own approved-tool lists and policies.

Ask every company on this list how its exercises handle personal data, and whether it will build your rule into the sessions.

General information, not legal advice. Which law applies depends on where an entity is licensed and what data it handles. Your legal or compliance team decides the rule; a good training company practises it.

How to choose

Choosing an AI training company in Dubai: individuals or teams

If you are an individual, a public course at a KHDA-listed institute or a regional training firm gives you structure and a certificate. If you are buying for a company, the questions below matter more than the venue.

Questions to ask every company

  • Which of our licensed tools will participants practise on: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude?
  • How much of each session is hands-on, and on whose material?
  • How will exercises handle PDPL, DIFC or ADGM data rules for our entities?
  • Can sessions run in Arabic or bilingually where needed?
  • Which emirates and offices can you reach in person, and what is online?
  • What exactly is the certificate, and who issues it?
  • What happens after training: clinics, champions, a 30-day review?

Red flags

  • Licensing or vendor-partner claims you cannot confirm on KHDA’s or the vendor’s own pages
  • Productivity or ROI figures promised before scoping
  • The same public-course slides sold as “customised” in-house training
  • Exercises that use real customer or employee data on personal accounts
  • No named facilitator before signing
  • Quotes that leave out VAT, venue or travel

A rollout path

A 12-week path for a multi-emirate company

Weeks 1 to 2 · ScopeTool inventory by entity, data rule with PDPL, DIFC or ADGM annexes, three baseline tasks per pilot team.
Weeks 3 to 5 · PilotLeadership briefing; two pilot departments trained in person at head office.
Weeks 6 to 10 · ExtendDepartment cohorts in other emirates, in person or online; champions named per site.
Weeks 11 to 12 · ReviewRe-time baseline tasks, review usage by entity and plan the next quarter.

Measuring the result is the part most UAE programmes skip. Our guide to measuring the ROI of AI training in the UAE sets out a simple method.

What good looks like

What a corporate AI programme in the UAE should cover

  • The tools you license, on the plans your IT team has approved, not a tour of every app.
  • Practice on real tasks from each department: board packs, supplier checks, policy answers, client emails.
  • Judgement: checking sources, spotting errors and knowing when not to use AI.
  • Your data rule, with entity annexes, practised in the exercises.
  • Arabic and English output checked by a fluent colleague before it is sent.
  • A plan after the session: champions, clinics and a measured review.

FAQ

AI training companies in the UAE: common questions

It depends on the format you need. For KHDA-certified courses, Delphi AI Academy and Edoxi are Dubai institutes with corporate tracks. For function-specific public courses, Meirc, GLOMACS and Informa Connect run Dubai calendars. For senior leaders, MBZUAI’s Academy runs executive programmes in Abu Dhabi. For private cohorts built on your own work, in-company specialists such as Skillopedia fit best.

KHDA is Dubai’s education regulator, and it licenses many training institutes in Dubai. A KHDA certificate can matter for individuals and some HR policies. For private in-company training the more important questions are content, practice on your work and data handling. Confirm any KHDA claim with the provider and KHDA.

Most companies quote on request. Published examples include MBZUAI’s Global AI Leadership Program at AED 45,000 or AED 55,000 per person and Bilginç’s one-day AIBIZ course from €600 plus tax. Private cohorts are usually quoted per programme after scoping.

Some companies say so: Delphi AI Academy offers English, Arabic or bilingual delivery, and Meirc lists Arabic sessions of some AI courses. Ask for the facilitator and materials in the language you need before you sign.

Yes. Exercises should avoid real personal data unless your policy allows it, and staff should learn which tools may receive it. The federal PDPL, the DIFC Data Protection Law and ADGM’s regulations differ, so the rule should say which applies to each entity. This is general information, not legal advice.

Public courses suit a few specialists who need a certificate. In-house or in-company training suits whole departments, because exercises can use your own tools, files and rules.

Yes. Several companies here list delivery in more than one emirate or on-site anywhere in the UAE, often combined with live online cohorts for remote sites.

Formats range from one-day courses and half-day leadership briefings to four and five-day certificate programmes and multi-week in-company rollouts.

Usually not. Most companies here issue their own certificate, and some add a KHDA certificate. Vendor certifications from Microsoft, OpenAI and others are separate. Ask exactly who issues the certificate.

Formats and dates by department, the tools covered, how much is hands-on and on whose material, the data rule, the facilitator, follow-up support, measures, and a price with VAT, venue and travel shown separately.

MBZUAI’s Academy says its leadership programme is for senior leaders from the public and private sectors. For the other companies, ask for comparable references. Government-linked entities often have approved-tool lists that the training must follow.

Skillopedia LLP is based in Mumbai. Its UAE pages describe in-person delivery across the emirates and live online cohorts; its website does not list a UAE office.
