CHATGPT TRAINER TEAM · AJMAN
ChatGPT AI Trainer in Ajman for SME and Free-Zone Teams
Hiring a ChatGPT AI Trainer in Ajman usually means an owner or manager wants 15 to 30 people using ChatGPT well by next quarter, with no training department to organise it. Skillopedia supplies the trainer team and the plan: one scoped cohort, labs on your own quotations and SOPs, and a re-measure at day 30.
- One cohort of 15–30, sized for an Ajman SME or a single department
- ChatGPT Business workspace set up and checked before day one
- Facilitators certified on one method, whom you meet before you sign
- Pooled cohorts for small firms that cannot fill a room alone
Tell us who needs training before anyone talks price.
Thirty minutes on headcount, roles, whether you already pay for ChatGPT Business, and whether staff sit in one building or between the free zone and a site in Al Jurf. We then send a short written scope: format, dates and lab material.

WHY AJMAN, WHY THIS YEAR
Why a ChatGPT AI Trainer in Ajman is now a practical hire, not an experiment
Ajman is the smallest emirate at about 260 square kilometres, yet manufacturing, trade and construction lead its economy, and Ajman Free Zone alone hosts more than 9,000 companies. Most are small: an owner, a sales desk, an accounts person, perhaps a warehouse crew in Al Jurf. ChatGPT is already on someone’s phone; what is missing is a shared way of using it that the owner would trust with a customer quotation.
What is new: in 2026 the emirate’s government moved first. The Ajman Artificial Intelligence Programme entered its executive phase in August with 100 initiatives planned over three years, and in July The National reported a licence renewal in Ajman handled end to end by agentic AI, a UAE government first. Local staff now ask how they should use this at work.
A freelance trainer can give ten people a good afternoon. Most Ajman buyers need more than that and far less than a corporate rollout: the right plan, a configured workspace, one well-run cohort, a follow-up and an internal champion.
WHERE SMALL-FIRM TRAINING GOES WRONG
Eight reasons ChatGPT training in an Ajman SME fades within a month
We see these in firms of 20 people as often as in firms of 2,000. Most are settled before the first session starts.
Personal accounts everywhere
Staff use free or personal logins, so customer names and price lists end up in accounts the company cannot see, manage or close when someone resigns.
The owner skips the room
Staff learn a method the owner never saw. The first AI-drafted quotation is sent back on tone, and nobody tries again.
Wrong plan, wrong size
Seats are bought before anyone decides who needs them, or staff pay for scattered individual subscriptions when one small Business workspace would be easier to control.
Generic examples
The trainer demonstrates marketing slogans to logistics coordinators and accountants. Nothing maps to a bill of lading, a VAT query or a tenancy renewal.
One enthusiast, no owner
A keen employee builds a quotation helper that everyone relies on. Custom GPTs are being retired, and nobody realises it has to move to a plugin or skill.
Desk staff only
Sales and admin are trained; the warehouse supervisor, workshop foreman and front desk are not, though they write the most repetitive messages.
No before-and-after
Nobody timed a task before the workshop, so a month later the owner has an opinion about value and no evidence either way.
A quote you cannot compare
The trainer sends a day rate with no scope, no named facilitator and no follow-up, so the owner cannot tell it apart from a cheaper online course.
Each of these is a planning gap. The remedy is a scoped cohort with an owner, a date and a measure, not a longer slide deck.
TRAINER TEAM OR SOLO TRAINER
What a trainer team gives an Ajman organisation that one freelancer or an online course cannot
A single trainer can be exactly right for an owner-run business with five staff, and an online course suits a motivated individual. These rows matter once you train a department, several branches or a pooled group of firms.
| What you are deciding | Freelance trainer or online course | Skillopedia trainer team |
|---|---|---|
| People trained per month | One room whenever the trainer is free, or unlimited self-study | Cohorts of 15–30, with a second room in parallel when numbers call for it |
| Who teaches | Whoever is available, or a recorded instructor | Facilitators trained and certified on the same method, whom you meet before you sign |
| Relevance to your work | General examples chosen by the trainer or the platform | Labs rebuilt on your own quotations, invoices, SOPs and customer messages, after an NDA |
| Workspace set-up | Left to you | Business or Enterprise workspace checked with you before session one: seats, sharing, projects, apps |
| What the owner sees afterwards | A certificate and a feedback form | Day-zero and day-30 timings on three named tasks, plus usage figures for the cohort |
| Quoting and paperwork | A day rate or a checkout page | Written scope, fixed fee, named facilitators and an NDA before any material changes hands |
| If the trainer falls ill | The date is lost | A second certified facilitator who already knows your labs takes the session |
| After the last session | Nothing further | An internal champion prepared to run refreshers and onboard new joiners |
| Track record | A personal profile or course reviews | 335+ organisations since 2017 in 13 sectors; 4.8/5 average post-session rating from 300+ surveyed participants |
PROGRAMMES FROM OUR ROSTER, BY NAME
Three engagements whose structure carries over to Ajman
All three appear on our published client roster. None took place in Ajman or anywhere in the UAE, so we describe how each was designed and why that design transfers, not results.
Beroe — analysts learning ChatGPT on their own research
Research managers and analysts trained hands-on across several AI tools, including ChatGPT data analysis and custom GPTs (a format now migrating to plugins). Why it transfers: Ajman trading and purchasing desks work from supplier spreadsheets in the same way.
Indorama — one design, plants in three countries
Workshops for teams at Indorama plants in Nigeria, India and Indonesia, delivered site by site from one design. Why it transfers: an Ajman manufacturer with a unit in Al Jurf and a Sharjah branch needs identical content in every room.
Transworld Group — four leadership batches of 25
Leadership AI enablement in four batches of 25; not a ChatGPT programme. We cite it for consistency across repeated batches, which a pooled Ajman cohort run over several months depends on.
Some of the 335+ organisations on our published roster (the majority are based in India):
HOW AN AJMAN ENGAGEMENT IS BUILT
Six building blocks, from a one-week plan check to handing over to your own champion
A typical Ajman SME uses three or four of these, not all six. Each one follows FLUENT™, our own six-stage method: Frame, Learn, Use, Embed, Nurture, Track.
Workspace and Plan Check
About one week · before the cohort
We confirm which ChatGPT plan suits your headcount, how seats and sharing should be set, and which three tasks we will time before anyone is trained.
- Business or Enterprise choice explained plainly
- Seat list by role and location
- Sharing and project rules agreed
- Three baseline tasks timed on day zero
- One-page usage rule drafted for staff
Core Cohort
15–30 people · one or two days
The main hands-on programme for one company or department, built on the documents your people handle every week.
- A single cohort of 15–30 participants
- Labs on your quotations, emails and SOPs
- About 30% teaching and 70% lab
- Owner or manager joins the final hour
- Certificate for everyone who completes
Pooled Cohort
Several firms · one shared room
For businesses too small to fill a room: three to six firms share one cohort, each working on its own material.
- Seats split across the participating companies
- No firm sees another firm’s documents
- Each firm keeps its own workspace
- Labs grouped by job, not by company
- A separate day-30 check for each firm
Owner and Manager Briefing
Half day · decision-makers
For owners, general managers and department heads who decide what ChatGPT may touch and what will count as success.
- What your plan includes and what it costs
- Which tasks to hand over first
- What the usage rule has to say
- How to read workspace analytics
- Day-30 review booked in advance
Skills and Plugin Clinic
1 day · your builders
For the one or two people who build shared tools: turning an SOP into a skill, moving Custom GPTs to plugins, and scoping a workspace agent.
- A skill written from a real SOP
- Custom GPT inventory and migration
- Workspace agent scoped with a human sign-off
- Simple register of what exists and who owns it
- A review date for every shared tool
Champion Handover
1 day · your in-house champion
We prepare one or two of your staff to run refreshers and onboard new joiners with our licensed material.
- Licensed refresher kit and lab pack
- One session co-delivered with us
- Feedback against our observation rubric
- New-joiner session ready to run
- Certification of each champion
WHAT EACH PERSON LEARNS
What owners, staff, builders and admins in Ajman learn in ChatGPT
Everyone learns to brief ChatGPT and check what comes back; managers set the rules; one or two builders learn skills and plugins; whoever runs the workspace learns the settings. Features vary by plan, and we confirm yours in the plan check.
Choosing a plan
Owners: when individual subscriptions make sense and when ChatGPT Business (formerly Team) is simpler to control, with GPT-6 Astra as the current flagship model.
Writing a proper brief
Everyone, in depth: who the output is for, which file to use, what tone, and what the reader expects to receive.
Projects for repeat work
Everyone: one project per recurring job, such as monthly supplier reports or tenant notices, shared with the people who need it.
Company knowledge and approved apps
Managers and admins: letting ChatGPT answer from approved company files, and deciding which apps staff may connect.
Deep research for checking facts
Sales and management: checking a market, a supplier or a regulation, then opening every source before anything is forwarded.
Data analysis on real exports
Accounts, purchasing and operations: working from sales exports and stock sheets, and re-checking every calculation.
Writing blocks and the Office extensions
Everyone: drafting in writing blocks and using the Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheets extensions.
Skills and plugins
Builders: turning a checklist into a skill, bundling it as a plugin, and moving any Custom GPTs across before they stop working.
ChatGPT Work and workspace agents
Builders set up agents for routine hand-offs; managers give ChatGPT Work a defined goal and review what it returns.
Memory and scheduled tasks
Everyone at awareness level; managers use scheduled tasks for weekly summaries and decide what memory should hold.
Admin console and usage analytics
Whoever runs the workspace: inviting and removing users, sharing, sign-in, retention and the usage figures.
Data and usage rules
Everyone: what may be pasted and what may not. Owners: what the UAE Personal Data Protection Law means for customer and staff records.
Training takes place in your own workspace wherever possible. The programme is ChatGPT-first; if some staff also use Copilot or Gemini, the usage rule gets a line for each.
MODULES BY ROLE
Ten modules, matched to who does what in an Ajman business
Modules 1–3 are for everyone, 4–5 are job labs, and 6–10 are for builders, admins, managers, owners and champions. About 30% teaching and 70% lab, using your own redacted material.
Module 1 — Getting started in the company workspace
Everyone, on the first day of access: signing in to the company account, finding projects and apps, and what your usage rule allows.
Lab tasks
- Move from a personal login to the company workspace and confirm which account you are in
- Open the apps your admin has enabled and link one test folder
- Rewrite a real customer email in a writing block and compare two versions
- Time your first baseline task and note the minutes
- Check one live task against the usage rule and remove what should not be pasted
Module 2 — Briefing ChatGPT like a new colleague
Everyone: purpose, reader, source file, limits and format, stated before asking for anything.
Lab tasks
- Turn a one-line instruction from your manager into a full brief and compare the two results
- Upload the price list instead of describing it and see what changes
- Ask ChatGPT what it needs to know first, then answer its questions
- Save the brief that worked as a template in a shared project
- Swap briefs with someone from another department and run each other’s
Module 3 — Projects, company files and checking the answer
Everyone: keeping recurring work in projects, answering from approved files, and checking output before it reaches a customer.
Lab tasks
- Set up a project for one monthly job with three reference files
- Ask company knowledge a question and open each cited file
- Ask something the files cannot answer and see how ChatGPT says so
- Draft one reply in Arabic and one in English, then check both against the source
- Share the project and name who keeps its instructions current
Module 4 — Job lab I — accounts, purchasing and reporting
Accounts, purchasing, admin and management reporting: the spreadsheets and letters of every month.
Lab tasks
- Summarise a month of sales by customer from a redacted export, checking every total
- Compare three supplier quotations in a table and flag missing terms
- Draft a courteous sequence of payment reminders for overdue invoices
- Use deep research to vet a supplier before a meeting, keeping only sources you can open
- Turn the monthly summary into a short slide outline with the PowerPoint extension
Module 5 — Job lab II — sales, customer service, HR and site teams
Sales desks, front office, HR and supervisors in warehouses, workshops and clinics.
Lab tasks
- Prepare a quotation cover note from a customer enquiry and your standard terms
- Turn a supervisor’s shift notes into a clear incident summary for the owner
- Rewrite a job advert and interview questions for a real vacancy
- Draft an Arabic and English customer reply, then have a fluent colleague check it
- Schedule a task that lists open customer queries every Monday morning
Module 6 — Skills, plugins and workspace agents for builders
The one or two people who build shared tools, including moving Custom GPTs before they are switched off.
Lab tasks
- List every Custom GPT the company uses and mark each keep, merge or drop
- Move one to a plugin and note any custom action that must be rebuilt
- Write a skill from a real checklist and test it on past cases
- Scope a workspace agent for one routine hand-off with a named approver
- Record each tool with its owner and a review date
Module 7 — Running the workspace
Whoever administers ChatGPT Business or Enterprise: users, roles, sharing, retention, SSO where the plan supports it, and analytics.
Lab tasks
- Invite a test user, assign a role, then remove the access again
- Set sharing rules for projects and workspace agents
- Decide which apps staff may connect and record the reason
- Write retention and data settings into a one-page baseline
- Export usage figures and see who has not started
Module 8 — Managing a team that uses ChatGPT
Supervisors and department heads: making ChatGPT routine and noticing who has quietly stopped.
Lab tasks
- Pick two routine jobs to move into shared projects this month
- Read the usage figures and talk to anyone not yet using it
- Hold a ten-minute stand-up on one piece of ChatGPT work
- Decide which outputs need a second reader before they leave the team
- Book the day-30 re-timing of the baseline tasks
Module 9 — Owner decisions and review
Owners and general managers: reading the day-30 results and deciding what to expand, change or stop.
Lab tasks
- Read a sample day-30 report and name the team that is struggling
- Agree what would justify more seats or another cohort
- Decide what happens to seats nobody has used after 60 days
- Approve the list of shared tools and their owners
- Set the next review date and who will present it
Module 10 — Keeping it going in-house
Your champion: running refreshers and new-joiner sessions with our licensed guide and lab pack.
Lab tasks
- Co-run a lab with a Skillopedia facilitator, then lead the next one alone
- Adapt one exercise for another department without changing the method
- Score a recorded session with our rubric and compare notes with us
- Update a lab after a ChatGPT feature change and record the version
- Run a new-joiner session and file the attendance record
WHO TAKES PART
Eight roles you will find in a typical Ajman cohort
Everyone shares the core modules; owners, admins, builders and supervisors add what their role requires.
Owner or general manager
Sets the goal, chooses the plan, joins the final hour and makes the day-30 decision.
Department heads
Accounts, sales, operations and HR leads who decide which of their tasks move to ChatGPT first.
Workspace admin
Often the office manager or an outside IT contractor: users, sharing, apps, retention and the usage report.
Builders
One or two people who write skills and plugins, scope workspace agents and retire old Custom GPTs.
Champions
Staff trained a step ahead of colleagues, who answer everyday questions and collect problems for the review.
Supervisors
Warehouse, workshop, site and front-desk supervisors, who decide whether the habit survives away from the office.
Office and customer-facing staff
Sales coordinators, accountants, receptionists and administrators, taking the core modules plus one job lab.
Pooled-cohort members
Staff from several small firms sharing one room, each working only on their own company’s material.
WHO BUYS CHATGPT TRAINING IN AJMAN
Six kinds of Ajman organisation, six different training plans
Our 335+ organisations span 13 industry sectors across India, the GCC, Africa and Southeast Asia. In Ajman, company size and where people work shape the plan more than industry does.
Free-zone trading and service firms
Import, export, e-commerce and service companies in Ajman Free Zone, many with fewer than 30 staff.
Training implication: one cohort on ChatGPT Business, with labs on quotations, shipping paperwork and supplier messages, or a pooled cohort shared with neighbouring firms.
Media, creative and freelance businesses
Content studios, agencies and freelancers licensed through Ajman Media City Free Zone.
Training implication: a short virtual cohort, strong on briefing, image generation and checking claims, with clear rules on client material.
Manufacturers and light industry
Factories, workshops and warehouses in the Al Jurf and Ajman industrial areas near the port.
Training implication: office staff in one room, supervisors in shorter sessions timed around shifts. Comparable design: Indorama, delivered across plants in three countries.
Real estate, hospitality and retail
Brokers, property managers, beachfront hotels and retailers across Al Zorah, Al Nuaimiya and the city centre.
Training implication: leasing and front-desk teams trained on bilingual replies and tenancy letters, with sessions kept clear of peak hours.
Healthcare providers
Private hospitals, clinics and laboratories, including the academic hospital cluster in Al Jurf.
Training implication: administrative and front-office staff only, no patient information in any lab, and sessions arranged around rosters.
Universities, colleges and schools
Education providers such as Ajman University, which runs a BSc in Artificial Intelligence, plus colleges and private schools.
Training implication: administrative and academic-support staff trained apart from any student programme, on ChatGPT Edu where the institution holds it, with rules for assessment and marking.
WHAT WE CONNECT TO
What the training plugs into on your side
We teach inside your own ChatGPT workspace whenever you have one, so staff practise on exactly what they will open on Monday.
Features differ between Business and Enterprise, so we confirm each against your plan during the check.
How we keep every session consistent
- Facilitator guide — a timed run sheet used in every Ajman session
- Versioned lab packs — each change dated and logged
- Facilitator rehearsal — labs practised together before your cohort
- Observation rubric — sessions scored against one set of criteria
- Cohort record — attendance, lab completion and usage-rule sign-off
- Named contacts — one person on each side for access and content issues
- Stand-in rule — any replacement facilitator already knows your labs
- Lab refresh — material updated when OpenAI changes a feature you use
FLUENT™ APPLIED TO AN AJMAN COHORT
Six stages, from the plan check to the day-30 re-timing
Every Skillopedia programme follows FLUENT, our own six-stage method. The weeks below suit a single Ajman cohort and move with your dates.
Frame · week 0
Plan check, seat list, usage rule and three timed baseline tasks for each team.
Learn · the cohort
One or two days of hands-on labs on your own material, with the owner joining for the final hour.
Use · weeks 1–4
Staff apply what they built to live work while the champion gathers questions and blockers.
Embed · shared tools
Prompts that proved useful become project templates, skills or plugins, each with a named owner.
Nurture · champion
Your champion certifies on the licensed kit and runs the first refresher while we observe.
Track · day 30
Baseline tasks re-timed at day 30 and again each quarter, alongside usage figures from the workspace.
In every session: roughly 30% teaching and 70% lab, on tasks people bring from their own inbox and files.
Across Ajman and beyond
One cohort at your premises or a hired room in Ajman, plus a parallel room for a Sharjah or Dubai branch when numbers justify it.
Venues: your own meeting room, a hired training room for pooled cohorts, or a live virtual cohort for teams spread across emirates.
15–30 per room
Rooms of 15–30 let a facilitator see every screen during labs. A larger group gets a second cohort, not a crowded room.
Language: sessions are delivered in English, and participants practise producing and checking both Arabic and English output during labs.
UAE working hours (GST)
Cohorts follow your working week, with split sessions for shift teams and start times that suit staff travelling from Sharjah or Dubai.
Lead time: usually 2–4 weeks from confirmation to the plan check.
RULES BEFORE THE FIRST LAB
A one-page usage rule, agreed before anyone practises
For a small or mid-sized Ajman firm, governance should fit on one page: what may be pasted, who approves anything shared beyond the team, and which settings were fixed, mapped to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). One plan detail matters. According to OpenAI’s Help Center (September 2026), UAE data residency is offered to new ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces but not to Business, and under UAE inference residency ChatGPT Work, image generation and some memory features are switched off. Most Ajman SMEs on Business will not have residency, so the rule must say what stays out.
- One usage rule for the whole company, with a short annex for any department handling personal data
- A register of every shared skill, plugin and agent, listing owner and review date
- Custom GPTs move to plugins and skills: creation ends 26 Oct 2026, access ends 11 Dec 2026 (11 Feb 2027 for Enterprise workspaces with an approved deferral), and custom actions do not carry over
- Nothing one team builds is shared company-wide without a named approver
- Workspace settings (users, roles, sharing, retention) written down before the cohort
- Every participant signs the usage rule, recorded alongside attendance
- We sign your NDA before receiving any document or sample
- Labs use redacted or synthetic files unless you approve live data in writing
HOW WE SHOW IT WORKED
A day-30 check the owner can read in five minutes
For a single cohort we track four stages: invited, activated, weekly active and routine work changed. The first three come from workspace analytics; the fourth comes from a short timing sample plus the manager’s confirmation, labelled as an estimate.
Where we start: three named tasks timed on day zero for each team, re-timed at day 30 and every quarter after. We publish no outcome figures in advance; you see your own numbers against your own start.
- Invited, activated and weekly active, by team
- Seats in use against seats paid for, each month
- A one-page day-30 summary for the owner
- Three baseline tasks timed on day zero and day 30
- Each figure marked as measured or estimated
- Quarterly re-check run by your champion with our template
WHAT YOU KEEP
Eight things that stay with the business after the cohort
All eight are yours for internal use, during the engagement and after it.
Licensed refresher kit
Facilitator guide, lab pack and short assessment, licensed for your champion to use inside the company.
One-page usage rule
Your company’s rule and any department annex, editable by the owner or manager.
Shared-tool register
Each skill, plugin and workspace agent, with its owner, purpose and review date.
Attendance and sign-off records
Who attended, which labs they finished and when they signed the usage rule.
Usage tracker template
A simple sheet that refreshes from your workspace analytics export.
Day-30 report
Baseline against re-timing, usage by team, open issues and a suggested next step.
New-joiner session
A short licensed session your champion runs for people who join later.
Participant certificates
A certificate of completion for each person who finishes the labs and signs the usage rule.
WHO RUNS YOUR PROGRAMME
A training firm behind every room: certified facilitators, one rubric, one contact
Skillopedia is an AI training firm, not a one-person practice. Your Ajman sessions are led by facilitators trained and certified on the same method, whom you meet before you sign. Before each cohort they rehearse on your lab pack and are calibrated against a common observation rubric, so a room in Al Jurf and a virtual room for Masfout are taught and assessed the same way. One programme manager is your single point of contact for dates, venues, NDAs and reports, from scoping to the day-30 check. The FLUENT method and the master lab packs belong to the firm rather than to any one trainer: if a facilitator becomes unavailable, a colleague certified on the same labs takes the session, we tell you in advance, and your dates hold. Since 2017 the firm has trained 335+ organisations across 13 industry sectors.
- Skillopedia LLP, founded in Mumbai in 2017
- 335+ organisations trained in 13 industry sectors
- 200,000+ professionals trained, according to company records
- Programmes delivered in India, the GCC, Africa and Southeast Asia
- Tata Motors: several cohorts, with every participant awarded a certificate
- Transworld Group: leadership enablement run as four batches of 25

WHERE WE DELIVER IN AJMAN
From the free zone to Masfout, planned as one calendar
Ajman is compact, so most cohorts run at your premises or a room nearby. The inland exclaves and teams shared with a Sharjah or Dubai branch are planned in from the start.
How cohorts are arranged
- At your premises when one company fills the room
- A hired training room in Ajman for pooled cohorts drawn from several firms
- Live virtual cohorts for Masfout, Al Manamah and staff based in other emirates
- Split sessions with identical content for shift and roster teams
- Travel to inland sites built into the dates at scoping
- One lab pack, assessment and record for every room
QUESTIONS FROM AJMAN BUYERS
What Ajman owners, managers and HR teams ask before hiring
Not if the scope matches the size. A firm of 20 usually needs one cohort, a half-day owner briefing and a day-30 check, not a series of waves. The team still matters: a certified stand-in facilitator, labs rebuilt on your own documents, and a champion prepared to keep the habit going after we leave.
Yes. In a pooled cohort, three to six firms divide the seats of one room of 15–30. Each company works on its own material, signs its own NDA with us and receives its own day-30 check. Nobody sees another firm’s documents, and the fee is split according to seats taken.
For most Ajman SMEs, ChatGPT Business is the practical fit: OpenAI offers it for 2 to 200 users, with shared projects, company knowledge, workspace agents and SAML SSO. Enterprise adds SCIM, role-based access and data residency options for larger groups. We explain the difference; the choice and purchase stay with you.
Yes. Because the emirate is compact, most cohorts run in the client’s own meeting room or a room hired nearby, with space for 15–30 people, laptops, reliable Wi-Fi and a screen. Teams in Masfout or Al Manamah, or at a Sharjah or Dubai branch, can join a live virtual cohort instead.
It should be. We check seats, sharing and sign-in during the plan check, then schedule the cohort within days of staff getting access. Train too early and people use personal accounts; train months later and paid seats sit idle.
A working company workspace with every participant invited, a decision on which apps may be connected, agreed sharing settings and two test accounts for rehearsal. Many small Ajman firms rely on an outside IT contractor, so we send one short checklist in the first week.
Yes. The contracting entity is Skillopedia LLP, established in India in 2017. We sign your NDA before any material is shared and send a fixed-fee proposal after scoping, with facilitator profiles, dates and the records you will receive. Invoicing currency and tax treatment are set out in the proposal.
Through the day-30 report: three tasks per team timed on day zero and again at day 30, plus invited, activated and weekly-active figures from workspace analytics. Estimates are labelled as such. We quote no results in advance, only your figures against your baseline.
Yes. Ajman has direct public transport links to Sharjah and Dubai, and many companies have staff on both sides of the border. We run the main cohort in Ajman plus a parallel room at the other branch or a live virtual cohort, all on the same lab pack and assessment.
Sessions are delivered in English. In the labs, participants practise producing and checking replies in Arabic and English, and any Arabic text going to a customer is read by a fluent colleague first. That review step is written into your usage rule.
Anything built in your workspace on your material belongs to you. The refresher kit, lab pack and new-joiner session are licensed to you for internal use, while Skillopedia keeps the FLUENT method and master materials. The refresh period for lab packs is stated in the proposal.
The Ajman Artificial Intelligence Programme, in its executive phase since August 2026, is a government initiative and we have no role in it. Its relevance to private firms is indirect: the departments they deal with are adopting AI, so staff who prepare correspondence and submissions benefit from a shared, checked way of using ChatGPT.
As a fixed fee per engagement, set after scoping. It reflects the number of cohorts, the building blocks you choose, single-company or pooled format, travel, and how far the labs are adapted, itemised so you can compare it line by line with other quotes.
Both can work; the right choice depends on the scope. A good independent trainer is often the better fit for one team with one deadline: you deal directly with the person who teaches, and one person’s fee is often lower than a firm’s. A training firm earns its fee when the work outlasts a single room, such as several cohorts, a pooled group of Ajman businesses or staff split across Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai. Then you need continuity if the trainer falls ill, a certified substitute who teaches the same labs, facilitators calibrated on one rubric so every room is assessed alike, and one programme manager who delivers the day-30 report. Whichever route you take, ask any ChatGPT AI Trainer in Ajman who covers a missed session, how results are measured and what materials you keep afterwards.
