Delivered in your rooms, on your work
Cohorts run onsite at your offices or live virtual for distributed teams — built on your documents, your templates and your compliance rules rather than demo prompts. Most rollouts blend both: leadership in the room, wider teams joining remotely.
- Onsite across your locations, or live virtual for distributed teams
- Every exercise built from your own artefacts, collected in Phase 1
- 15–40 per cohort, sized for genuine hands-on lab work
- Sessions recorded for internal reuse on request
Who this programme is built for
Corporate ChatGPT training is a procurement decision, not a course purchase. This page is written for the person who owns that decision.
This is the right page if you are…
- An L&D head, CHRO or capability lead rolling ChatGPT out to a department or the whole organisation
- Training 50 to 5,000+ people, often across several cities or countries at once
- Required to run a vendor process — MSA, PO, empanelment, security review, invoicing against a cost centre
- Accountable for showing the board what the spend produced, with numbers
- Trying to standardise how AI is used before every team invents its own method
You probably want somewhere else if…
- You want to learn ChatGPT yourself, as an individual professional
- You are looking to book a named trainer, keynote speaker or AI consultant personally
- You want a ChatGPT trainer in one specific city for a one-off session
- You want personal coaching or mentoring on AI and digital transformation
Those are handled directly by our founder through his own practice — individual coaching, keynotes, open programmes and city-specific trainer engagements live at hiteshmotwani.com. Different need, different team, and you will get a faster answer there.
Training 40 people is a workshop. Training 4,000 is an operation.
A single good session is not hard to buy. What breaks at organisational scale is everything around it — consistency between batches, trainer availability across locations, a governance position legal will actually sign, and any credible way to report what changed.
That is a different engagement from booking a trainer. It needs a curriculum that stays identical across 30 batches, a bench deep enough to run nine cities in the same fortnight, a baseline captured before anyone is trained, and a measurement loop that survives the programme.
Skillopedia is built for that specific job. We have delivered 600+ GenAI sessions across 1000+ organisations in 16+ countries, and the operating model below is what those engagements produced.
Batch drift
Batch 1 and batch 24 get different content from different trainers, so there is no organisational standard to reinforce afterwards.
No baseline
Nobody measured anything before training started, so the productivity claim at the end is unprovable and the budget gets questioned.
Governance arrives late
Legal and infosec are consulted after the rollout is booked, and the programme stalls for a quarter waiting on a data-handling position.
No internal owner
When the vendor leaves, nobody inside owns the prompt library, the custom GPTs or the next cohort. Usage decays quietly.
How a ChatGPT rollout actually runs
Four phases, each with a defined deliverable your team can hold us to. Phase 1 is chargeable separately, so you can validate the approach before committing to the full population.
Discovery & baseline
We interview function leads, collect the recurring tasks and artefacts, agree the governance position with legal and infosec, and baseline the metrics we will be judged on.
Deliverable: scoped curriculum map + baseline report
Pilot cohort
One representative batch runs the full programme. Content, exercises and assessment are corrected against real feedback before anything is replicated across the organisation.
Deliverable: locked curriculum + pilot results
Scaled delivery
Cohorts run in parallel across locations from a single trainer brief, so batch 30 receives what batch 1 did. Internal champions are identified and trained alongside.
Deliverable: trained population + champion bench
Measurement & handover
Metrics are re-measured against the Phase 1 baseline, assets are handed to your champions, and you get a written report of what moved and what to do next.
Deliverable: adoption report + asset handover
Every phase ends in something you can hold us to
Each of the four phases closes with a named deliverable, and each is contracted separately. You approve the curriculum after the pilot cohort, before it is replicated across the population — so budget for scaled delivery is only committed against something you have already watched work.
- Phase 1 and the pilot cohort are contracted standalone
- Curriculum locked and signed off before any replication
- Scaled delivery quoted per cohort, not per seat
- Measurement phase optional, but it is what makes the spend reportable

The eight-module organisational standard
This is the master curriculum every cohort receives, so the organisation ends up with one shared method rather than forty personal ones. Module weighting is set per function during Phase 1; the content itself stays fixed across batches.
Shared mental model
One organisation-wide understanding of what these models do, where reasoning models are worth the wait, why hallucinations occur, and the verification standard everyone is expected to apply.
A prompting method the whole company uses
A single documented prompt structure adopted across functions, with structured output and chaining — so prompts can be shared, reviewed and reused instead of living in individual chat histories.
Documents, data & research
Interrogating long documents, spreadsheet analysis, and structured research work — with the sourcing and citation discipline that makes AI-assisted output defensible in an audit or a board pack.
Writing to one organisational voice
Email, proposals, reports and internal comms produced against your documented tone and templates, so scaled AI writing does not fragment how the organisation sounds to customers.
Persistent workspaces & shared context
Using Projects, Canvas and memory deliberately so context lives in a workspace the team can inherit, rather than being re-explained by every person every morning.
Custom GPTs as internal infrastructure
Each function builds and publishes at least one Custom GPT on its own knowledge base — plus the ownership model, review cadence and retirement rules that stop them going stale after six months.
Automation & agentic workflows
Where multi-step autonomous execution earns its place and where it introduces risk, plus connecting into n8n and Make.com — with explicit human-in-the-loop checkpoints on anything customer-facing.
Governance, security & the AI charter
Workspace administration, data boundaries, DPDP Act and GDPR obligations — concluding with a written acceptable-use charter drafted with your legal and infosec teams during the programme, not after it.
The part a single trainer cannot do
Most of what an enterprise rollout needs is capacity, not charisma. These are the numbers that decide whether a vendor can actually take the work.
Certified trainers across India
A trained bench working from one brief, which is what makes nine cities in a fortnight possible without content drifting between batches.
Trainers outside India
Delivery in Dubai, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines and the UK, so global headcount is covered under one contract and one standard.
Countries delivered in
Established delivery, invoicing and tax practice in each — not a first attempt at working across a new jurisdiction.
Corporates onboarded
Familiar with enterprise vendor processes: empanelment, MSA, security questionnaires, PO-based billing and cost-centre invoicing.
GenAI sessions delivered
A curriculum corrected by six hundred live deliveries rather than designed once and repeated unchanged.
Average trainer rating
Measured across 200+ enterprise programmes, and tracked per trainer — underperforming trainers do not stay on the bench.

Wherever your people actually sit
Multi-city and multi-country rollouts run under one contract, one curriculum and one standard — invoiced centrally rather than negotiated location by location. For most enterprises this is the difference between a programme that reaches everyone and one that reaches head office.
- Simultaneous cohorts across Indian metros and tier-2 cities
- Delivery in Dubai, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines and the UK
- A single MSA covering every location in scope
- Local-language delivery where a site needs it
Delivery formats and how they are contracted
All formats run onsite, live virtual or blended. Everything below is quoted per cohort, not per seat, which is what makes large populations economic.
| Format | Duration | Cohort size | Used for | Contracted as |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leadership alignment | 90 minutes | Up to 500 | Securing CXO sponsorship before a rollout is approved | Single session |
| Discovery & baseline | 1 – 2 weeks | n/a | Phase 1 scoping, governance position and metric baseline | Standalone SOW |
| Pilot cohort | 2 – 3 days | 20 – 30 | Validating the full curriculum before organisation-wide replication | Fixed-price pilot |
| Scaled delivery | 4 – 12 weeks | Unlimited | Parallel cohorts across departments and locations | Per-cohort rate card |
| Champion enablement | 5 days | 10 – 15 | Building the in-house bench that owns the programme afterwards | Add-on module |
| Annual capability retainer | 12 months | Unlimited | Ongoing cohorts, refreshers and new-joiner onboarding | Retainer / MSA |
Four rollouts, measured after handover

Tata Motors
Automotive manufacturing · 4 departments · 150+ delivery hours
Marketing, Sales, HR and CorpComm operating in information silos, with teams spending 60-70% of working time on repetitive manual tasks. Low AI awareness and minimal tool adoption across all four functions.
Foundations delivered to all staff, then department-specific cohorts with labs built on real company artefacts. Internal AI champions identified and enabled in each function during scaled delivery.
Content creation, report drafting, email automation and meeting summarisation now run through AI across all four functions. The organisation went on to build internal AI products for lead scoring, HR automation and marketing automation using the in-house capability the programme created.
Tata Tele Services
Telecom · Marketing & Content function · 3-month programme
₹20 lakh per month in agency fees, a 30-day video production cycle and a 10-day ideation cycle. All creative work outsourced, with no in-house AI capability to bring it back.
A three-month phased programme: AI content production, AI-assisted ideation workflows, AI video production end-to-end, and an agentic automation module on n8n and Make.com for recurring campaign tasks.
Agency spend down 80%. Video turnaround compressed from 30 days to 2, ideation from 10 days to 1. The marketing workflow now runs AI-augmented and in-house, against the cost baseline captured before the programme began.
Large B2B Chemical Firm
B2B sales organisation · Field & inside sales cohorts
An entirely manual sales workflow – proposals, outreach, client research, follow-ups and CRM updates. Reps spent the majority of their time on administration, which capped how many prospects the team could cover.
Focused cohorts on AI proposal generation, outreach sequencing, lead qualification and CRM automation via n8n, client research, and automated call summaries written back into CRM.
Proposals moved from two hours to minutes. Outreach coverage tripled. Administrative load fell far enough to redirect rep time into high-value conversations.
Excelacom
Product engineering · US market delivery teams
POC cycles running one to three weeks with no structured AI-augmented development workflow. The firm needed to ship faster for US clients without adding headcount.
AI-first development practice introduced across delivery teams – AI-assisted feature development, rapid prototyping, AI-supported code review and documentation, and a structured POC methodology replacing waterfall iteration.
POC delivery compressed to 2-3 days, with engineers shipping entire feature modules in hours. The workflow has since become a stated differentiator in the firm’s US client pitches.
What you can put in front of the board
Every engagement agrees its metrics in Phase 1 and measures them again at handover. That is the difference between a training line item you have to defend and one you can report on.
Typical measures are hours saved against named recurring tasks, cycle-time reduction on a specific workflow, output volume, and active usage rates by department. We baseline them before delivery so the final number is a comparison rather than a claim.
- Metrics agreed and baselined before the first cohort runs
- Per-participant practical assessment on their own function's tasks
- Department-level usage and adoption tracking
- Written adoption report delivered to L&D at handover
- Named internal champions who own the programme afterwards
- Prompt library, custom GPTs and assets transferred to you

Six questions to ask any ChatGPT training vendor
Use this in your shortlisting calls regardless of who you choose. These six separate a firm that can carry a rollout from one that can deliver a good session.
| Ask them | Weak answer | What we answer |
|---|---|---|
| How many cohorts can you run in parallel? | One trainer’s calendar | 500+ Indian and 100+ global trainers working from a single locked brief |
| How do you stop content drifting between batches? | No stated mechanism | Curriculum locked after pilot, trainers briefed and rated against it |
| What do you measure, and against what? | Feedback forms | Metrics baselined in Phase 1, re-measured at handover, reported in writing |
| Who owns this when you leave? | Nobody | Trained internal champions plus full asset and prompt-library handover |
| When is governance addressed? | A disclaimer slide | Phase 1, with your legal and infosec — output is a signed AI charter |
| Can you work with our procurement process? | Invoice only | MSA, empanelment, security review, PO billing across 16+ countries |
Who designs the curriculum
Skillopedia’s GenAI curriculum is designed by our founder Hitesh Motwani and maintained by our curriculum team, then delivered across the trainer bench. His individual practice — keynotes, personal coaching, open programmes and city-specific trainer engagements — runs separately at hiteshmotwani.com.
What you contract here is the firm: the curriculum, the bench, the delivery operation and the reporting. Named-trainer engagements are arranged through his site.
What L&D leaders say after handover
Procurement and rollout questions
What does corporate ChatGPT training include beyond the sessions?
A corporate engagement includes discovery and metric baselining, a governance position agreed with your legal and infosec teams, a locked curriculum validated through a pilot cohort, parallel delivery across locations, internal champion enablement, and a written adoption report at handover. The sessions are roughly a third of the engagement.
How many people can you train, and how fast?
There is no practical ceiling. With 500+ certified trainers in India and 100+ internationally, we run cohorts in parallel across cities in the same fortnight. The constraint is usually your side — room availability and taking people off the floor — which is what Phase 1 scheduling is for.
How do you keep content consistent across dozens of batches?
The curriculum is locked after the pilot cohort and every trainer works from the same brief, the same deck and the same assessment. Trainers are rated per cohort against that standard. This is the main operational reason organisations contract a firm rather than booking individual trainers per location.
Can you work with our procurement and vendor onboarding process?
Yes. We are empanelled with large Indian and multinational organisations and routinely handle MSAs, security questionnaires, vendor registration, PO-based billing and cost-centre invoicing, including for delivery outside India.
Do you run a paid pilot before we commit to the full rollout?
We recommend it. Phase 1 discovery and the pilot cohort are contracted separately from scaled delivery, so you can validate the curriculum and the trainer standard against a representative group before committing budget for the wider population.
How is this priced?
Per cohort rather than per seat, which is what makes large populations economic compared with buying individual course licences. Pricing depends on cohort count, locations, whether international delivery is involved, and whether you take the measurement and champion-enablement phases. Request a proposal for a costed breakdown.
What do we own when the engagement ends?
The prompt library, any Custom GPTs built during the programme, the curriculum materials for internal reuse, the assessment framework, and a trained bench of internal champions. The adoption report is yours to circulate internally.
How do you handle data security and our compliance position?
Governance is addressed in Phase 1, not after. We work with your legal and infosec teams on data boundaries, workspace configuration, and obligations under India’s DPDP Act and GDPR where applicable. The deliverable is a written acceptable-use charter your organisation signs off rather than a disclaimer slide.
We only need one session in one city. Can you do that?
We can, but you will often be better served by a direct trainer engagement. For single-city, single-session or named-trainer bookings, go to hiteshmotwani.com — that practice is set up for exactly that and will quote you faster.
Can individuals join these programmes?
No. Everything on this page is contracted by an organisation for its own employees. Individual professionals looking to learn ChatGPT should look at the open programmes and personal coaching at hiteshmotwani.com.
Do you deliver programmes on tools other than ChatGPT?
Yes. Many organisations standardise on more than one assistant, and we run equivalent enterprise programmes across the major platforms, along with agentic automation and broader L&D portfolios covering leadership, sales enablement, analytics and digital marketing.
What happens if adoption is poor at the 90-day mark?
The adoption report says so plainly, with the usage data by department. We then recommend what the data supports — usually targeted refresher cohorts for the lagging functions or additional champion support — rather than proposing another full rollout.
Tell us the headcount and the locations. We'll scope the rollout.
Send us the population size, the functions involved and where they sit, and you’ll get a phased proposal with trainer allocation, commercials and a sample adoption report — within one business day.
